Thom Quine Thomas Quine has spent more than 20 years in instructional design and technical documentation, and has managed large-team projects for over 50 high-tech companies, including Cisco Systems, AT&T Canada, Bell Canada, BellSouth, Ameritech, Cox Communications, Nortel, Infowave, the Legal Services Society, and NCompass Labs. Thom has delivered dozens of seminars on topics in information design, and has taught courses both in the classroom and online at UBC, SFU, and Malaspina College. With a Master's degree in Educational Technology from UBC, Thom specializes in Web-based educational and training products and has extensive expertise in cognitive psychology, human factors, and usability. He is an expert in needs analysis, audience analysis, formal evaluation, taxonomy development, information architecture, adult education, and all aspects of writing, communications, publishing, editing, online and classroom education, technical training, and human performance improvement. |

Winsome Parris Winsome Parris has over 20 years of experience in project management, education and training, instructional development, sales and service. Winsome has worked with multinational corporations including Cisco Systems, Workers Compensation Board, Bell Canada, TELUS, Pacific Blue Cross, Sleep Country Canada, Shell Canada, Rogers Communications, Tourism BC, TelCom Training Corp., B.C. Hydro, The Public Utility District of Everett, Washington, and others. Winsome has a Masters of Education degree from Simon Fraser University. Heather Osborne Heather is a Performance Consultant and principal owner of Cove Consulting. She has over 20 years experience as a Performance Consultant, curriculum and instructional designer of both e-learning and face-to-face instruction, facilitator, trainer, and manager. Heather conducts needs assessment and gap analysis to ensure solutions offered to clients are specific to the criteria identified. Heather has designed and developed a wide variety of training courses and materials relevant to individual client needs. She has worked with TELUS, WorkSafeBC, BC Hydro, Progressive Media Management, Sleep Country Canada, Pacific Blue Cross, and others. Heather has a Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education and is a Certified Professional Development Trainer through Comp TIA.
