Thom Quine
Thomas Quine has spent more than 20 years in instructional design and technical documentation, and has managed projects for AT&T Canada, Bell Canada, BellSouth, Ameritech, Cox Communications, Nortel, Infowave, and NCompass Labs. He currently teaches Analysis for Information Design at the University of British Columbia, and Project Management for Technical Writers at Malaspina College, as a elearning course on the WebCT platform.
Winsome Parris
Winsome Parris has been an instructional designer, trainer, and project manager in the training industry for more than 20 years. She has special expertise in soft skills training, customer service skills development, and telecommunications. She currently teaches Instructional Design at the University of British Columbia.
